Meeting you at the airport: Our Representative will be waiting for you as you exit the terminal building. Please proceed through the exit doors and look for an ICR driver who will be holding our ICR Travel board or your name. If you have trouble spotting our representative, please call our emergency line at +90 544 426 3537.
Insurance & Licensing: Our vehicles are fully insured including 3rd party insurance along with a D2 license which is only granted to companies deemed as fit to transport passengers from & to the airports.
Vehicles: At ICR Travel we only use the latest model vehicles which are equipped with full A/C to ensure you have a comfortable journey as well as a fridge where you can help yourself to a complimentary bottle of water.
Express Journey : ICR vehicles may stop along the way if they need to refuel or only upon your request. Under normal circumstances and depending on weather and road conditions. Your journey from the airport to your destination should take between 80 minutes to 120 minutes.
Text Message Service : If you have provided ICR with a mobile number in advance, you will receive a text message on your mobile phone 1-2 days before you are due to be picked up confirming your pick up times .
Pick up from hotel for return transfers : Please be ready for collection 10 minutes before your designated pick up time . We provide a 10 minute waiting allowance either side of your designated pick up time therefore If you feel you have exceeded a waiting period of longer than 10 minutes after your original collection time then please call our 24hr emergency line at +90 544 426 3537 and one of us will assist you.
Transfer Only Bookings : This condition solely applies to "Transfer Only" bookings.
When you book a "transfer only" service from ICR Travel, your contract for your airport transfers is made with Folo Travel Ltd (Company Tursab No. A - 3814) whose registered office is at Kenan Evren Bulvari, No:10/3, Icmeler, Marmaris. ICR Travel acts as an agent of Folo Travel Ltd for all "Transfer Only Bookings".
